Employment-Centered Personal Development

This project aimed to help targeted beneficiaries (youth between 18-35 of age) improve their personal and career development skills. The main purpose was to turn them from unemployment to employment status. At the same time, help employers and businesses fulfil their needs of skilled staff.

Project Scope of Work

Training and engaging with employers to employ 130 young people (females and males) in the Jordanian market. That included active participative hybrid (direct face-to-face & Online Distant) training, and evaluating candidates skills before and after training.

Project Duration

  • Initiating and planning: 4 weeks.
  • Executing: 4 weeks.
  • Monitoring and evaluating: 10 weeks.
  • Closing & Reporting: 2 weeks.

Project Description

This project aimed to help targeted beneficiaries (youth between 18-35 of age) improve their personal and career development skills. The main purpose was to turn them from unemployment to employment status. At the same time, help employers and businesses fulfil their needs of skilled staff. The project covered a number of interpersonal skills like: Self-Awareness, Time Management, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Creative Thinking, Customer Service and Job Interview and CV Preparation Sills.

Project Deliverable/Outputs/Activities (Hybrid Training: 20% Face to face/80% Online Training)

  • Conducting Pre- & Post-Training Exams for all participants.
  • Delivering training on Interpersonal Skills.
  • Delivering training on Managing Job Interviews and CV Preparation.
  • Reporting Different types of reports: Progress/Achievement Reports.
